Job summary

MAN Truck & Bus is launching a Global Business Services (GBS) organisation in Lisbon. The ESG Process & Systems Lead will design, standardize, and digitally enable ESG processes across the MAN Group, bridging ESG needs, business functions, and IT.

You will drive process quality, controls, and audit readiness, and collaborate with external implementation partners during tool design and rollout. This is a senior hybrid role in Portugal.
