Job summary

Airbus Portugal SA is seeking an Excellence & Transformation Partner to join the GBS team in Lisbon. You will support the end-to-end operating model, drive performance improvements, and contribute to transition management and digital enablement.

The role requires strong PM/Lean skills, experience with automation, and excellent stakeholder communication. A hybrid work model and diverse international collaboration are offered to drive GBS excellence.

Qualifications

• PM experience in GBS or consulting is preferred.
• Strong BPM/Lean with hands-on process improvement.
• Experience with automation tools (RPA, low-code, analytics, AI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English proficiency mandatory; other languages a plus.
• Knowledge in Finance, Procurement or HR is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operating model and GBS performance.
• Define and monitor KPIs, provide performance insights.
• Contribute to transition management and stabilization.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with multiple GBS stakeholders for efficiency.
