MAN Truck & Bus in Lisbon seeks an ESG Process & Systems Lead to design, standardize, and digitally enable ESG processes across the group. You bridge ESG with business and IT, ensuring compliant, robust and scalable workflows.

Responsibilities include automation, governance, and audit readiness, with a focus on data quality and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑evolving regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in process management, ESG, finance or analytics.
• Experience bridging business and IT with requirements engineering and rollouts.
• Audit-ready mindset with governance, controls and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end ESG processes with clear roles, governance, and interfaces across the group.
• Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, and data quality.
• Translate ESG and regulatory requirements into actionable process and system requirements.
• Act as the interface between ESG, business, IT, and implementation partners during design/rollout of ESG tools.
• Drive automation, digitalization, and AI to improve data collection, validation, controls, and reporting.
• Governance, controls & audit readiness: maintain documentation and support audits.
