Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience as Change Manager on large-scale projects in global organisations.
• Experience with organisational design and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement change management plans to maximize adoption and minimize resistance.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and align with change strategy.
• Identify adoption risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Design and implement communication plans; create materials and ensure consistent messaging.
• Assess training needs and develop training programs, including e-learning and workshops.
• Define and track KPIs related to adoption, training effectiveness, and project success.
• Promote continuous improvement and share lessons learned; stay updated on best practices.
