Convatec is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within Convatec Business Services. You will own complete project lifecycles, from initiation to deployment, across multiple units including Finance, HR, IT, and Automation.

This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver results within timeline and budget constraints.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years as a Project Manager; PMP/PRINCE II or equivalent certification a plus.
• Lean Certifications are a plus.
• Critical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong communication skills – presenting data to management.
• Experience in delivering change in a shared service environment (Finance, HR, IT, Automation).
• Experience leading improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN).

Responsabilidades

• Lead full project life cycle ownership from initiation to deployment.
• Define scope, timelines and budgets with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Analyze interdependencies and drive actions while aligning with PMO goals.
• Check systems and implement enhancements to improve processes.
• Communicate policies and procedures to internal and external parties.
• Monitor outcomes and manage dependencies and critical path deliverables.
• Support PMO efforts to mature project practices and tools.
