Capgemini Portugal is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Lisbon team (hybrid work). You will gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and collaborate with IT and business units to deliver compliant invoicing solutions for clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business analysis, strong data interpretation, and experience with UAT, Agile and Waterfall methods. English communication at B2 level is required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Electronic Invoicing processes and related compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning and defect management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement and workshops.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency gains.
• Develop and maintain key project documentation, including requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and operational teams to support the design, testing, and implementation of solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, manage change requests, and support the delivery of key milestones.
• Ensure solutions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
