Quanteam (Rainbow Partners Group) is seeking a Business Analyst – Custody & Tax in Lisbon on a hybrid basis. You will gather and challenge stakeholder requirements, translate them into clear functional specs, and support testing and UAT throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work closely with Business and IT teams, manage requirements and change requests, and contribute to reporting and stakeholder communications.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in financial industry with custody exposure.
• Experience with custody and/or tax processes.
• Strong SQL and relational databases knowledge.
• Experience with Jira.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Aufgaben

• Gather, analyze and challenge business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into clear functional specs.
• Participate in preliminary studies and contribute to the definition of functional solutions.
• Provide functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle and support UAT.
• Follow project and release activities, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Manage requirements and Change Requests throughout the project lifecycle and contribute to reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Work with IT teams on solutions supporting Custody and Tax activities.
