Capgemini Engineering is seeking an Application Support Engineer in Porto to ensure stability and performance of critical applications. You will investigate incidents, analyze behavior, and implement solutions in collaboration with business and IT teams.

You will perform SQL validations, monitor SLAs, and contribute to automation initiatives. Hybrid work and strong ITIL practices support service excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in IT Support, Helpdesk, Application Support, or similar roles.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis, troubleshooting, and basic DB maintenance.
• Experience with ITSM tools (EasyVista) and ticket platforms like Jira/Azure DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st Line Application Support for business-critical apps.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations via ITSM platforms.
• Analyze and troubleshoot functional/technical issues with internal teams.
• Perform SQL queries for data validation and minor DB updates.
• Monitor app performance and SLAs; ensure compliance.
• Contribute to automation and scripting to improve support.
