eDreams ODIGEO is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our hybrid team in Porto. You will work with leaders, stakeholders and delivery teams to drive agility, learning and collaboration across the organization.

You will guide change management, coach Product Owners and Dev Teams, and design training and workshops on Lean, Kanban, and Agile practices. Fluency in English is required and a passion for continuous improvement is a must.

Qualificações

• 3+ years’ experience in technology organizations with Agile/Kanban coaching experience.
• Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English is a requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with other Agile Coaches to develop a unified agile strategy and enable cross-area collaboration.
• Guide executives, business units, and technology teams on change management and Agile adoption.
• Empower teams to make data-driven decisions and prioritise initiatives to maximise impact.
• Design and support deployment of development approaches to optimise resources and deliver value.
• Provide Agile coaching to Product Owners and Dev Teams.
• Lead workshops and training sessions on Lean, Kanban, and agile thinking.
• Expose teams to Lean and agile ideas to foster experimentation and continuous improvement.
