Responsibilities include acting as a Change Agent, Trainer, and Mentor, and coaching teams on Agile values. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience as a Scrum Master. Exceptional communication skills in English are mandatory, and French is advantageous. Qualificações

• Deep knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
• Experience as a Scrum Master.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English (Spoken and written).
• French knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Trigger the movement and dynamics of change.
• Hold high the Agility values.
• Teach concepts and skills based on Agile learning.
• Share knowledge and offer personalized support.
• Facilitate learning and consensus in groups.
• Coach teams in Agile values and practices.
• Participate and dynamize Agile Ceremonies.
• Create and facilitate workshops and events.
• Mentor and coach Agile teams and individuals.
