Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Service Planner in Portugal to schedule Field Service Engineers and external partners, ensuring timely and cost-effective customer service. You will validate time, materials, and expenses reported in the service process and coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Required qualifications include UPS/HVAC-related tech training, 3-5 years in the field, and fluency in Spanish with intermediate English.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification related to UPS/HVAC or similar.
• 3-5 years related experience in a similar role.
• Fluent Spanish and intermediate English.
• Proficient in MS Office and data systems.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Optimise FSE time and schedules to serve customers promptly.
• Apply Level 2 technical guidelines to ensure quality service.
• Schedule maintenance visits and audits with Project/Enterprise teams.
• Keep customer database up to date for future reference.
• Coordinate spare parts, delivery and retrieval for best service.
• Manage internal and external orders.
• Control customer credit worthiness.
• Create new customers in the database.
• Create fixed price Time & Materials for reactive interventions.
