You will manage ICSRs, support health authority interactions, and collaborate across regions to ensure data quality, audit readiness, and timely safety reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences.
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and health authority regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Experience in audits and inspections.
• Familiarity with AstraZeneca therapeutic areas.
• Knowledge of safety systems such as Argus.
• Additional language skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage intake and processing of ICSRs at a local level.
• Support Health Authority interactions and queries.
• Review and distribute safety data per SOPs and regulations.
• Contribute to Quality Management Systems and audits readiness.
• Support PV activities across data collection programs and digital channels.
• Identify and manage product quality complaints and safety reporting.
• Perform reconciliations to ensure PV data accuracy.
• Conduct literature searches and regulatory database screening.
• Collaborate with local Patient Safety teams and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to resolve local case intake issues.
