CloserHire is seeking a Hungarian-speaking B2B Support Advisor in Lisbon to assist sales teams and advertisers via chat on a major digital advertising platform. The role focuses on real-time, professional chat support across a global project, with relocation help available.

You will handle live chat interactions, troubleshoot issues, document cases in a ticketing system, and escalate advanced problems as needed.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Hungarian (C2) and English (B2) as required for client communication.
• Minimum 2.5 years in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support.
• Experience handling B2B chat and/or ticketing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide real-time B2B support to sales teams and advertisers via chat.
• Troubleshoot platform-related issues and offer efficient resolutions.
• Use ticketing tools to track, document, and manage interactions.
• Escalate complex or technical cases when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates.
• Ensure high service quality, responsiveness and accuracy.
