CloserHire in Lisbon is seeking an on-site Customer Support professional to assist users via inbound and outbound calls and resolve e-commerce platform issues. This role requires native Hungarian with strong English skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment with rotating shifts.

The position starts 3 Sept and offers relocation support for candidates moving from abroad, plus a €45 complexity bonus, health insurance, and meal allowance.

Qualificações

• Native/Fluent Hungarian and good English (B2+)
• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls
• Ability to investigate and resolve customer/order-related issues
• Comfortable working in fast-paced BPO environment with rotational shifts
• Computer literate with ability to learn systems quickly

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist users on the e-commerce platform.
