Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2).
• 2.5+ years in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support.
• Experience handling B2B chat and/or ticketing systems is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a structured, fast-paced support environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide real-time B2B support to sales teams and advertisers via live chat.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and document resolutions using ticketing tools.
• Escalate complex technical cases as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates.
• Uphold high service quality, responsiveness, and accuracy.
