CloserHire in Lisbon is seeking a Turkish-speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist to assist advertisers with technical troubleshooting, platform guidance, and optimization insights, ensuring a seamless user experience.

You'll handle end-to-end troubleshooting via email and chat, collaborate with Product, Operations & Engineering, and help educate advertisers on features and best practices to drive satisfaction and platform adoption.

Qualificações

• Native or C2 level Turkish-speaking required.
• Experience with online advertising or digital marketing is a plus.
• Comfortable analyzing issues and paying attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end troubleshooting for advertising products via email and chat; diagnose issues and drive resolution with product, operations and engineering teams.
• Educate advertisers on features and best practices, share updates and insights to improve user experience.
