CloserHire is recruiting a Polish-speaking B2B Support Advisor for a Lisbon-based role in the digital advertising sector. You will provide real-time chat support to sales teams and advertisers, resolving issues quickly and professionally in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Requirements include fluency in Polish (C2) and English (B2), at least 2.5 years in Digital Advertising or Technical Support, and experience with chat or ticketing tools.

Qualificações

• Polish fluency at C2 level and English at B2 level.
• Minimum 2.5 years in Digital Advertising or Technical Customer Support.
• Experience with live chat and ticketing tools is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Providing real-time support to B2B clients (sales and advertisers) via live chat.
• Troubleshooting platform-related issues and delivering efficient resolutions.
• Using ticketing tools to track, document, and manage customer interactions.
• Escalating complex or technical cases as needed.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of platform features and updates.
• Ensuring a high standard of service quality, responsiveness, and accuracy.
