A Eteam encontra-se a recrutar um(a) HR Services Delivery Specialist com foco no mercado DACH, para Lisboa. Será o ponto de contacto inicial para funcionários e gestores na Alemanha, Áustria e Suíça, fornecendo suporte de RH e assegurando uma experiência de funcionário excelente.

É requerida fluência em alemão e inglês, 1–2 anos de experiência em HR Shared Services ou áreas relacionadas, bem como conhecimentos de HRIS (Oracle Cloud, Workday ou ServiceNow).

Qualificações

• Native or near-native German and fluent English.
• 1-2 years' experience in HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Customer Service, or Global Business Services.
• Experience supporting the DACH market.
• Knowledge of HRIS and case management tools (Oracle Cloud, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar).
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Human Resources Services Delivery Specialist - DACH Market (German Speaking)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid - 2 days/week in the office)

Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are looking for a German-speaking HR Services Delivery Specialist to join our client's Global HR Services team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH), providing HR support and ensuring an excellent employee experience.

Key Requirements

• Native or near-native German and fluent English.
• 1-2 years' experience in HR Shared Services, HR Administration, Customer Service, or Global Business Services.
• Experience supporting the DACH market.
• Knowledge of HRIS and case management tools (Oracle Cloud, Workday, ServiceNow, or similar).
• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred

• Experience in multilingual shared services environments.
• Knowledge of DACH onboarding and employee data management.
• Experience working in compliance-driven environments.
