Lufthansa Group is seeking a Senior Manager Human Resources (m/f/diverse) to shape the future of our HR landscape in Western Europe. You will lead strategic HR initiatives, advise on compensation, benefits and recruiting services, and mentor HR teams across multiple countries within the group.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• 5+ years’ management experience in international, cross-functional HR environments.
• Outstanding English communication, written and verbal.
• Diplomacy, negotiation, and strong communication abilities are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead & Advise on Compensation & Benefits and Recruiting Services; support strategic initiatives like restructuring, integration and start-ups.
• Functionally manage and mentor an HR team across countries and group units.
• Drive Excellence by improving HR processes and cross-divisional collaboration while aligning with LH Group policies.
• Be the Go-To Expert for HR Services & Process Excellence with business partners.
• Oversee partners such as Payroll, Global Mobility, and Legal.
