Loka is seeking an HR Business Partner Lead to manage a distributed team across LATAM, Western Europe, and Eastern Europe. In this role, you will lead and develop HR partners while defining and executing a people strategy aligned with business priorities.

The ideal candidate will have significant HRBP experience and a hands-on approach to team management. This position promotes a remote-first work environment, offering benefits such as extra paid days off and programs for mental wellness.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of HRBP experience, including senior or global scope.
• At least 2–3 years managing or leading HR teams.
• Demonstrated experience operating as a trusted advisor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop and manage a team of HRBPs across regions.
• Partner with HR Director to translate business priorities into people strategy.
• Drive global HR initiatives across performance, compensation, and effectiveness.
