Hubclub Go in Lisbon is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join a growing centre of excellence. You will work on complex transformation projects across national and international clients, participating in solution design, implementation, and maintenance across multiple HR modules.

Qualificações

• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors solution design and implementation projects.
• Fluent English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP technology projects supporting Human Capital processes.
• Certification in SuccessFactors or HCM modules is valued but not mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors solution design and implementation projects.
• Support application maintenance projects across multiple SuccessFactors and HCM modules.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Plan and execute project activities with autonomy within agreed scope and timelines.
• Manage interactions with clients and project teams.
• Identify, analyse and solve problems within your area of expertise.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the SAP practice.
