Qualificações

• Experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services or Payroll support.
• Experience with HR systems and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM is highly valued.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

The HR Operations Specialist will support a wide range of HR activities across employee administration, recruitment support, payroll processes, and employee lifecycle management. Working within a multinational Shared Services environment, this role offers excellent exposure to international HR operations while contributing to service excellence and process efficiency. Our client is a Global Multinational Company with a Global Business Service in Portugal Description.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Lifecycle: Manage and support HR processes throughout the employee journey, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee administration activities;
• HR Administration: Ensure the accuracy of employee records and HR data while supporting payroll and other operational HR processes;
• Talent Support: Coordinate recruitment administration activities, including job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation;
• Operational Excellence: Contribute to the delivery of efficient HR services by maintaining quality standards, meeting service levels, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives;

Profile

What you bring

• Experience: Previous experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, Recruitment Administration, Payroll Support, or similar administrative functions;
• Systems: Experience working with HR systems;
• Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM will be highly valued;
• Organisation: Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;
• Communication: Good English level and good interpersonal skills;
