Vitacress Portugal procura um profissional de RH com experiência prática em operações para assumir a gestão diária de operações de RH, incluindo administração contratual, benefícios e saúde ocupacional, com foco na eficiência e melhoria contínua.

O candidato ideal coordenará o ciclo de payroll com o parceiro de payroll do Grupo, será o ponto de contacto para colaboradores e gestores e mapeará e padronizará processos de RH, contribuindo para uma experiência de RH simples e eficaz.

Qualificações

• Experiência hands-on em operações de RH e confidencialidade.
• Conhecimento sólido da legislação laboral portuguesa e folha de pagamento.
• Capacidade de ligar operações com melhoria de processos.
• Histórico de identificar oportunidades de melhoria e implementá-las.
• Experiência com ambientes/tecnologias de RH.
• Pensamento analítico, foco no detalhe e rigor operacional.
• Mentalidade de serviço para simplificar processos para colaboradores e gestores.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir operações de RH ao longo do ciclo de vida do colaborador, incluindo administração contratual, benefícios e saúde ocupacional.
• Coordena o ciclo de payroll com o parceiro de payroll do Grupo, com controlo de inputs e resolução de problemas.
• Sê o ponto de contacto para colaboradores e gestores, oferecendo um serviço de RH claro e eficaz.
• Mapear, documentar e padronizar processos de RH com responsabilidades e controlos definidos.
• Identificar ineficiências e áreas de melhoria e desenhar soluções mais simples e eficazes.
• Antecipar necessidades futuras e propor novos processos, ferramentas e formas de trabalho.
• Utilizar sistemas de RH, automação e tecnologia para simplificar processos e autoatendimento.
• Aumentar a qualidade de dados, controlo e KPIs operacionais para decisões melhores.

WE ARE HIRING - HR Operations & Process Specialist

At Vitacress Portugal, we want HR operations to be simple, reliable and designed around the needs of our people and our business.

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on HR professional to own our day‑to‑day HR operations while continuously challenging how we work. Someone who gets the detail right, delivers a great service to employees and managers, and naturally asks: could we do this better — or should we be doing something different altogether?

You will run the processes, understand them end‑to‑end, strengthen and improve them, and help us build the HR operations we will need for the future.

What you will do

• Own core HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including contractual administration, benefits and occupational health.
• Coordinate the monthly payroll cycle with our Group payroll partner, ensuring accurate inputs, robust controls, timely validation and effective resolution of issues.
• Be a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing a responsive, clear and pragmatic HR service.
• Map, document and standardise HR processes, establishing clear responsibilities, controls and consistent ways of working.
• Proactively identify inefficiencies, recurring issues and poor employee experiences, and take ownership of designing and implementing better solutions.
• Look beyond what exists today: anticipate emerging needs and propose new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Use HR systems, automation and technology to simplify processes, improve efficiency and enable appropriate self‑service.
• Strengthen data quality, controls and operational KPIs to support better decisions and measure performance.

What you bring

• Strong hands‑on HR operations experience, with solid knowledge of Portuguese employment law and payroll.
• Experience combining operational delivery with process ownership and improvement.

• Exposure to different HR systems or technology environments.
• Strong process and analytical thinking, attention to detail and operational rigour.
• A genuine service mindset: you care that processes are not only correct, but also simple and effective for employees and managers.
• Curiosity and lateral thinking, with the ability to connect today's operational reality with tomorrow's needs.
