Michael Page seeks an HR Team Leader to head the HR Shared Services in Santarém, overseeing payroll, employee lifecycle management, onboarding, offboarding, and recruitment administration within a multinational Global Business Services environment.

You will drive SLAs, standardise processes, and lead transformation initiatives using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM to enhance accuracy, service quality, and operational performance across HR services.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in HR Operations and Shared Services.
• Experience managing payroll processes across multi-country environments.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Fluent English with excellent stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR Shared Services team to meet service standards.
• Oversee end-to-end HR processes including payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and recruitment administration.
• Ensure SLAs are met with high accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance.
• Drive HR transformation initiatives and process standardisation using HR systems.
