Essity in Lisbon is seeking an HR Learning Administrator to support employees and stakeholders across the organization. You will ensure effective delivery of learning services, maintain data, support users, and contribute to an improved learning experience.

We value collaboration, innovation and fast pace. Ideal candidates have a university degree in HR or related fields, experience with LMS, and strong MS Office 365 skills. English fluency is required.

Qualificações

• University degree in HR, Social Sciences, Business Administration, Psychology, Education.
• Experience in learning administration, HR operations, training coordination, or a similar field.
• Experience with LMS platforms is required; knowledge of Cornerstone and LXP is an advantage.
• Strong MS Office 365 skills and ability to work with reporting and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain, and manage training activities and learning content in the LMS.
• Serve as a key contact for employees, training coordinators and stakeholders, handling tickets.
• Perform quality checks and monitor service delivery to improve processes.
• Support LMS updates, testing, and data accuracy during organizational changes.
• Develop user guides and training materials to help users.
• Prepare reports and analyses to inform decisions for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
