Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in HR Generalist or two HR areas (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation).
• Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation and local employment environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and business relationship skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders and employees on HR policies and labor legislation.
• Support Talent Acquisition and onboarding activities.
• Promote employee engagement and positive workplace culture.
• Assist Total Rewards processes, promotions and internal moves.
• Contribute to Organizational Design and Change initiatives.
• Ensure accurate HR data and processes across HR teams.
