Organon Northwest Europe seeks a Data Privacy and Audit Specialist to safeguard employee data across HR systems and strengthen privacy controls. You will work with HR, IT Security, Legal, and Global Audit to support audits and remediation, while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include privacy assessments, documenting controls, monitoring ITGCs, and coordinating with stakeholders on system changes and releases, including Workday implementations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Compliance, Data Management, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in data privacy, compliance, HR technology, HRIS, audits and risk assessments.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, DPDP Act, CCPA and related regulations.
• Experience supporting internal/external audits (SOX/ITGC).
• Knowledge of HR data flows, access models, and data governance.
• Exposure to SDLC and change management processes.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential data with care.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure privacy compliance across HR systems and data.
• Support audits and coordinate remediation of privacy gaps.
• Translate privacy requirements into governance controls and configurations.
• Monitor HR systems for adherence to ITGCs and access standards.
• Lead data governance initiatives and document governance records.
• Collaborate with HR, IT Security, Legal, and Audit teams.
• Produce dashboards and compliance reports for leadership.
