Unit4 is a cloud company redefining ERP for mid-market people-centric organisations. We seek a hands-on Product Manager to own the HR modules within our HR/CHM suite, collaborating with cross-functional partners to navigate HR complexity beyond generic product craft.

You will develop the product strategy and roadmap for HR & Compensation, translate requirements into engineering-ready specs, and lead end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch while staying ahead of industry trends and

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience owning an area end to end.
• Understanding of HR processes and HR/HCM domain.
• Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong grounding in PM methodology, agile practice, and the software development lifecycle.
• Proven ability to build and prioritize a roadmap using data, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, matrixed organization with many stakeholders and competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the product strategy and roadmap for the HR & Compensation modules.
• Translate market requirements into clear specifications for Engineering, UX, and Test.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and peer Product Managers to align without formal authority.
• Plan and deliver product increments with reliable estimates for roadmap initiatives.
• Build and manage the feature backlog balancing business priority against feasibility.
• Coordinate feature delivery across agile teams and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Triage the defect queue with client support and drive resolution per SLA.
• Present product vision, strategy, and results to executives, customers, and stakeholders.
