Unit4 is seeking a Product Director for Professional Services to own the vertical product vision, strategy, and roadmap that positions Unit4 as the ERP of choice for mid-market PSOs. You will partner with horizontal PMs and dedicated engineering to build industry depth within the platform, owning backlog, outcomes, and the commercial case for PSO success.

This role requires deep PSO domain knowledge, experience leading enterprise SaaS products, and strong cross-functional collaboration to align

Qualificações

Experience in product management for enterprise SaaS platforms.
Deep understanding of professional services business models, including project-based delivery, utilization, billing, scheduling and compliance.

Responsabilidades

Define and maintain a comprehensive industry roadmap for professional services, aligned with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
Translate industry workflows and pain points into actionable product requirements across ERP modules.
Champion the use of AI and automation technologies to deliver differentiators for clients.
Identify opportunities to embed predictive analytics and intelligent workflows into PSO use cases.
