Unit4 is seeking a Product Director for Professional Services to own the vertical product vision, strategy, and roadmap that makes Unit4 the ERP of choice for mid-market PSOs. You will work with engineering to build vertical depth in the platform and partner with horizontal PMs to ensure end-to-end delivery.
You will define industry blueprints, reference configurations, and templates, translate market knowledge into requirements, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver measurable outcomes
Qualificações
- Experience building enterprise ERP/PSO software.
- Deep PSO operational knowledge including pipeline, utilization, revenue models.
- Ability to translate industry needs into detailed product requirements and roadmaps.
- Familiarity with AI-driven or data-rich product environments.
Responsabilidades
- Own PSO product vision, roadmap and adoption metrics.
- Define outcomes, success metrics and release plans for capabilities.
- Collaborate with horizontal PMs to ensure platform alignment for PSOs.
- Engage with customers and partners to validate direction and drive adoption.
- Monitor competitive offerings and market trends to inform differentiation.
