Unit4 is seeking a Product Director for Public Sector to own the product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap. You will align with the platform strategy and drive outcomes across public finance, HR, procurement and operations for municipalities, agencies and emergency services.

Qualificações

Experience building enterprise software for public sector organizations.
Deep knowledge of public finance management and government budgeting.
Understanding of procurement, audit trails, and supplier management in ERP.
Ability to translate sector needs into scalable product solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

Own the Public Sector product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap.
Define outcomes, success metrics, release plans, and quality criteria.
Collaborate with horizontal product teams to align platform investments.
Work with strategic customers and Industry Board to validate roadmap.
Ensure regulatory, security, accessibility, and localisation requirements are reflected.
