We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to join our IS&D division in Lisbon. This is a pivotal role that serves as the strategic bridge between our prestigious clients and Amaris, combining client relationship management with comprehensive team leadership and talent development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into technical resource requirements
• Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team IT consultants
• Drive team performance through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning
• Implement strategies to reduce team turnover and enhance consultant satisfaction
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture aligned with Amaris values

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Partner with HR and recruitment teams to manage end-to-end selection processes
• Define job requirements and technical specifications for new positions
• Conduct interviews and technical assessments for senior consultant roles
• Build and maintain talent pipeline for current and future client needs

Strategic Coordination:

• Collaborate with recruitment, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
• Coordinate resource allocation across multiple client projects
• Participate in strategic planning for account growth and team expansion

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in IT consulting, team management, or client-facing roles
• Proven track record in managing technical teams and client relationships
• Strong understanding of IT services, software development lifecycle, and digital transformation
• Experience with recruitment processes and talent management strategies
• Language & Communication
• Native/Fluent Portuguese
• Professional English
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
