Amaris Consulting is seeking an IT PM FINANCE to join our IS&D team on a full-remote basis from Portugal, leading complex Finance transformation initiatives across global organizations. You will manage large-scale programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure governance, budgets, and timelines are met.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in project management within Finance, strong stakeholder leadership, and experience with multi-platform integrations. English fluent; PMP/PRINCE2 a plus.

Qualificações

• 6–10 years in project management, preferably in Finance or Finance transformation programs.
• Experience delivering complex projects involving multiple platforms, vendors, and stakeholder groups.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance skills.
• Experience with tax, VAT, invoicing, fiscal compliance, or other Finance regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership.
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• English fluent.

Job Description

You will join as a IT PM FINANCE (full-remote from Portugal) our Information System & Digital (IS&D) team to lead complex Finance transformation initiatives involving the integration of multiple platforms, processes, and stakeholders across global organizations.

Your Missions

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale Finance projects and programs
• Lead initiatives involving the integration of multiple systems and Finance platforms
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance structures
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate business, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
• Facilitate steering committees and provide executive-level reporting
• Ensure compliance with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and internal controls

Your Profile

• Experience of 6 to 10 years in project management, preferably within Finance or Finance transformation programs
• Proven track record delivering complex projects involving multiple platforms, vendors, and stakeholder groups
• Strong expertise in project planning, budget management, risk management, and governance
• Experience managing projects involving tax, VAT, invoicing, fiscal compliance, or other Finance regulatory requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
• English fluent
