Siemens Global Business Services in Portugal is seeking an HR Administrator to join the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) team. You will handle HR administration tasks for Siemens Italy, manage onboarding to off-boarding, and support employee data accuracy in a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in psychology or HR, fluent Italian and English, strong MS Office, and familiarity with Workday or SAP.

Qualificações

• University degree in Psychology, HR or related fields.
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Workday and SAP knowledge (strong plus).
• Team player, with a strong customer focus, results and quality orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Execute HR Administration tasks for Siemens Italy, from onboarding to termination.
• Data and employee lifecycle event management related to internal or external employees.
• Management of employee related organizational structure (cost center, org unit, manager).
• Personal Data Administration and HR support to customers.
