Martinhal Lisbon Oriente in Lisbon is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant Manager to coordinate housekeeping operations and uphold the highest quality standards. The role leads room attendants and public areas teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and cross-department communication.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, strong organisational and leadership skills, and a good command of English.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably within hospitality.
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the room attendants, public areas teams and their respective supervisors.
• Support the day-to-day management of Housekeeping and Laundry operations.
• Ensure compliance with established quality, service and hygiene standards.
• Guide and support the teams, promoting efficient work organisation.
• Assist in managing daily operations and resolving day-to-day Housekeeping issues.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with other hotel departments.
