Description
  • Lead strategic engagement across the healthcare ecosystem by identifying and prioritising key stakeholders, understanding their influence, and building strong relationships that enable early insights and proactive positioning.
  • Segment, prioritise and manage accounts using accurate, updated databases and segmentation tools, while developing collaborative partnerships with healthcare stakeholders to co‑create solutions that enhance patient pathways and strengthen the organisation as partner of choice.
  • Drive aligned and coordinated execution across the territory by working closely with cross‑functional teams, ensuring consistent strategic direction and responsible budget management in compliance with ethical standards, industry regulations and corporate policies.
  • Monitor account‑plan execution, evaluate performance, implement corrective measures when required, and continuously gather and share competitive and market intelligence to maintain awareness of evolving policies and market dynamics.
Profile
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Health Sciences or another related scientific field (required); a postgraduate or Master\'s degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing will be considered a strong asset.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with exposure to Oncology and/or Neurology.
  • English proficiency; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated customer focus with strong relationship‑building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving abilities.
