Qualificações

• Experiência de pelo menos 3 anos como Delivery Manager ou função similar.

• Liderar uma equipe de engenheiros de integração no desenvolvimento de Microservices e componentes de API.
• Remover impedimentos e gerenciar dependências entre equipes.
• Comunicar claramente com stakeholders e promover a colaboração em equipe.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Integration Specialist to join a leading global financial institution recognized for its strong digital transformation, extensive customer base, and commitment to innovation, delivering comprehensive banking services with a focus on customer experience and sustainable growth.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for leading a team of integration engineers in developing Microservices and API components, removing impediments, and managing cross-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery. You will track commitments, provide clear communication to stakeholders, and coach teams to enhance collaboration and drive continuous improvement.

What you are like:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar;
• At least 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role;
• Good general understanding of how large-scale software systems are designed, built, tested, deployed, and delivered to customers;
• Experience with API design principles and best practices (RESTful APIs, OpenAPI Specs);
• Strong understanding of delivery and go-to-market methods and metrics;
• At least 2 years of experience working in the engineering organization of a product company using common Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
