Ersilia is hiring a Hebrew-speaking Customer Support Specialist for a Lisbon-based, on-site role. You will support SMB advertisers across chat, email and phone, guiding them on platform features and best practices to optimize campaigns.

The role features rotational shifts (Mon-Sun, 06:00–00:00 CEST), a 15-day paid training period, health insurance, meal allowance, and a multicultural, growth-oriented environment in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• Hebrew native or fluent (C1/C2) with good English
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused, empathetic and professional
• Comfortable with multiple digital tools and platforms
• Ability to handle high-volume queries and multitask

Responsabilidades

• Support advertisers across chat, email and phone
• Convert email/chat cases into outbound calls for personalized support
• Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service products
• Assist clients with troubleshooting, reporting bugs and using platform features
• Identify trends and resolve problems affecting multiple SMB clients
• Manage multiple tools simultaneously and multitask efficiently
• Ensure timely resolution of inquiries and high customer satisfaction
