TP PORTUGAL is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Social Media to join a leading global technology company in Portugal. You will support SMBs across chat, email and phone, helping them grow on multiple channels and improve ad experiences.

You will handle pre- and post-sales inquiries, identify issues, and provide clear communication to clients while feeding product insights back to engineering. Fluency in German and English, plus excellent interpersonal skills, are essential.

Qualificações

• Fluent written and spoken German (C2).
• Strong English skills (C1+).
• Basic computer skills; coding skills are a plus.
• Empathetic, helpful, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; de-escalation skills; fast learner.
• Availability to work Mon-Sun, including rotating weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to SMBs across chat, email and phone to help them grow.
• Support and grow the self-serve ads base for clients online.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support to enhance client experience.
• Identify and solve problems such as technical bugs and ad delivery issues.
• Resolve issues promptly and proactively update clients on progress.
• Offer product insights and feedback from customers to engineering.
