Position Overview

Are you fluent in Hebrew and looking to advance your career from anywhere in Portugal? We are searching for enthusiastic, detail-oriented Hebrew-Speaking Content Moderators to join our dynamic international team on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will support a world-leading digital platform, helping its global community of users enjoy a safe, secure, and seamless online experience while maintaining strict environmental safety standards.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Content Review & Policy Enforcement: Carefully evaluate Hebrew-language posts, multimedia content, and user-generated contributions to guarantee absolute compliance with community guidelines and digital safety rules.
• Problem Solving: Investigate user-reported violations, address sensitive content queries, manage account access reports, and resolve technical policy issues efficiently.
• Data Accuracy: Systematically input review outcomes, track user policy violations, and log technical documentation into our internal software and ticketing systems.
• Quality & Metrics: Consistently maintain high-quality work outputs while reaching individual throughput goals, response rates, and team accuracy metrics.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Location & Work Status: Must be strictly based in Portugal. You must hold EU citizenship OR a valid Portuguese Residency Card (Título de Residência). Please note that visa sponsorship and relocation packages are unavailable for this role.
• Language Skills: Fluent command of Hebrew (both written and spoken) alongside a solid B2 level of English proficiency to navigate training modules, internal platforms, and communicate with international colleagues.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to manage rotative shifts (5 days a week, 8 hours a day), comfortably accommodating changing working hours from your home office workspace.
• Tech Savviness: Excellent digital literacy, seamless navigation across multiple web platforms, and a quick learning curve for proprietary software systems.
• Soft Skills: High level of concentration, strong analytical evaluation, sound moral judgment, and strong attentiveness.
• Prior Experience: Previous background in content moderation, customer support, or online operations is beneficial, though not mandatory. We provide comprehensive, fully paid training to set you up for success!

Salary & Package

• Salary: EUR 1,767 gross per month (distributed across 12 monthly payments per year).
• Work Setup: 100% remote working environment based anywhere within Portugal.
• Hardware: All required working hardware and technical equipment will be delivered directly to your home address in Portugal.
