Job summary
Unilabs is seeking a Construction & Infrastructure Engineer (m/f) to join our team. You will help define and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals, and manage capital planning for multi-site projects in healthcare facilities.
Qualifications include an academic Civil Engineering degree, up to five years in facility and project management, and strong communication in English. You will contribute to safe, compliant, cost-effective infrastructure delivery.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in Civil Engineering.
- ≤5 years of facility and project management experience.
- Experience in Health, Hospitality, Large Retail, or Industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in multi-site environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare facility regulations and building systems.
- Strong communication and focus on continuous improvement.
- Good command of English.

- Define and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with goals.
- Manage capital planning and budgeting for construction, renovation, and maintenance.
- Prioritize infrastructure projects and manage their lifecycle.
- Oversee delivery on time, within scope and budget.
