Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals seeks an Engineer, Infrastructure to join the Infrastructure Department on-site. The role focuses on maintaining critical systems, coordinating projects, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across facilities.

Requirements include a Mechanical or Electrotechnical Engineering degree and at least 1 year in industry. The position offers direct contract with Hikma, competitive salary, insurance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical or Electrotechnical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year in maintenance, pharmaceutical or food industry environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement ideas to improve system efficiency.
Coordinate new projects under infrastructures scope.
Coordinate multiple discipline tasks/contractors and update project plan.
Consult and align project specs with Hikma experiences and SOPs.
Ensure health and safety of all workers/visitors during project execution.
Coordinate activities with other Hikma departments.
Write reviews and revise SOPs for the department.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders for maintenance procedures.
Liaise with external maintenance contractors to ensure conformance to procedures.
Monitor Infrastructure Maintenance KPI and other utilities metrics.
Support audit preparation at site.
