Job summary

Unilabs is seeking a Construction & Infrastructure Engineer (m/f) to join our team. You will help define and execute infrastructure strategies aligned with business goals, and manage capital planning for multi-site projects in healthcare facilities.

Qualifications include an academic Civil Engineering degree, up to five years in facility and project management, and strong communication in English. You will contribute to safe, compliant, cost-effective infrastructure delivery.

• Experience in Health, Hospitality, Large Retail, or Industrial sectors.

We are currently looking for aConstruction & Infrastructure Engineer (m/f), to join our team.

What you'll do:

• Support the definition and execution of the infrastructure strategies aligned with business and operational goals.
• Manage capital planning and budgeting for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Manage different projects, prioritizing infrastructure investments.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from design to licensing, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and sustainability objectives.
• Development of solutions that ensure technical and economic balance, regarding infrastructures.

• Academic degree in Civil Engineering
• No more than 5 years of experience in facility and project management in the Health, Hospitality, Large Retail, or Industrial sectors (multi-sites).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in fast-paced, multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility regulations and building systems (preferably).
• Previous experience in project management, budgeting, cost management, definition and implementation of robust internal processes
• Strong skills in anticipating problems, strong communication skills and focus on continuous improvement.
• Good command of English.
