Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Head of Infrastructure Engineering to drive operational excellence, reliability, and scalability across its global infrastructure. You will own platform engineering, automation, SRE strategy, and design a secure, scalable hybrid architecture spanning cloud and on-premises.

Lead global teams, partner with Engineering, Security, Product, and Finance to align infrastructure investment with business goals.

Qualifications

Experience leading infrastructure or SRE teams at scale.
Expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Solid CI/CD and GitOps experience.
Demonstrated SRE practice with SLOs, incident management, postmortems, and capacity planning.
Experience with monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability platforms.
Familiarity with high-availability and disaster-recovery design.
Experience expanding infrastructure across multiple regions.
Experience managing vendors, budgets, and infrastructure costs.
Comfortable operating at both executive and detailed engineering levels.

Responsibilities

Own the global infrastructure, platform engineering, automation, and SRE strategy.
Design and evolve secure, scalable hybrid architecture across cloud and on-premises.
Lead infrastructure expansion into new regions with repeatable deployment models.
Drive automation through IaC, GitOps, CI/CD, and self-service platforms.
Own reliability, performance, capacity, security, compliance, and cost efficiency.
Build and lead infrastructure, platform, and SRE teams.
Review designs and guide incidents; collaborate with other teams on infrastructure investments.
Partner with Engineering, Security, Product, and Finance leaders on infrastructure investment.
