Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Head of Infrastructure Engineering to drive operational excellence, reliability, and scalability across its global infrastructure. You will own platform engineering, automation, SRE strategy, and design a secure, scalable hybrid architecture spanning cloud and on-premises.

Lead global teams, partner with Engineering, Security, Product, and Finance to align infrastructure investment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in infrastructure engineering and platform teams.
• Strong background in SRE, site reliability engineering practices and automation.
• Experience with cloud, on-premises hybrid architectures and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own the infrastructure engineering function and drive reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Lead global teams across engineering, security, product and finance to align infrastructure investments with business goals.
• Define and implement SRE strategy, platform engineering standards, and automation initiatives across hybrid environments.
