Nordea Asset Management (NAM) Portugal seeks a Head of Information Security to maintain and evolve our security framework, ensuring resilience and regulatory compliance as we scale. You’ll lead a team of five in Lisbon, with some travel, and collaborate with business units, auditors, and suppliers to uphold high security standards.

You will define policies, drive risk assessments, manage vulnerabilities, and support regulatory demands including DORA.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience leading an Information Security unit.
• Relevant Masters degree with good results.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop collaborative culture.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of IT Governance and implementing security at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Steer NAM IT information security and develop a culture of collaboration within NAM IT and with the Technology organisation.
• Lead security assessments and facilitate action plans with key business.
• Ensure applications meet security requirements set by regulators and Nordea Bank.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors on information security audits.
• Manage vulnerability management and risk treatment activities.
