Nordea Asset Management (NAM) in Portugal seeks a Head of Information Security to lead the NAM IT security framework and governance, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient security operations. You will manage a team of five, drive risk management, and collaborate with internal and external auditors and key stakeholders.

The role is based in Lisbon with some travel; you will shape security policy, oversee crucial controls, and promote a culture of security across NAM’s technology landscape.

• Experience in security assessments, risk treatment, and audits.
