Grupo Nortempo Portugal is currently recruiting a Compliance Control and Risk Management Team Leader to join a leading client based in Lisbon. This role involves managing a team of approximately 5 members, monitoring execution of controls, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Compliance, Internal Control, or Risk Management, along with strong organizational skills and fluency in both English and French. The position offers a competitive salary package and professional development opportunities.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Compliance or Risk Management roles.
• Experience working in a CCRM environment is mandatory.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an internal control team ensuring proper task allocation.
• Monitor the execution of controls for quality and accuracy.
• Organize and lead regular committees with the CCRM team.
