Nordea Asset Management Portugal is seeking a Head of Information Security to lead NAM IT’s information security program from Lisbon. You will drive the security framework, oversee a team of five, and ensure compliance with evolving regulation such as DORA while collaborating with stakeholders across technology and business units.

You will shape the security strategy, manage risk, and report on security governance to senior leadership, while guiding the organization toward best-in-class security

Qualificações

• Master's degree in information security or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in information security with governance focus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to report to senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain NAM Information Security framework and operating model.
• Advise stakeholders on security policies and NAM governance.
• Lead security initiatives ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., DORA).
• Collaborate with IT and business units to manage risk and security controls.
• Interact with auditors and suppliers on security matters.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business units to promote security governance.
