Moniepoint is seeking a Head of Engineering, Sales Management Tools, to lead the MonieCRM platform that powers our 50,000-strong sales network. The role focuses on modernising and scaling a complex system with strict financial correctness for wallets, commissions and payouts.

You will manage a large engineering organisation, mentor engineers, and partner with product and marketing tech such as Braze. CRM/SalesTech background is not required, fintech/payments experience is preferred.

Formación

• 10–15 years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams through growth.
• 5+ years hands-on Java in production.
• Experience managing 20+ engineers.
• Fintech/payments background strongly preferred.
• CRM or SalesTech domain experience not required.
• Experience with legacy migrations at large scale (20M+ users).

Responsabilidades

• Drive modernization and reliability of MonieCRM platform at scale.
• Architect and lead high-throughput, distributed systems.
• Oversee wallets, commissions, payouts, and financial correctness modules.
• Collaborate with marketing tech and CRM tooling (e.g., Braze).
